Cleanse Detox
Has anyone ever tried a body wrap or the master cleanse Detox?
hi, im looking into these two options:
a body wrap (they wrap your bod in clay and make you sweat all of your water out) or
the master Cleanse Diet (a 10 day diet that makes you eat nothing but lemons, water and pepper)
the body wrap sounds less painful, but way more expensive. 200$ v. 27$
i just wanted to know if anyone has tried either of these and how they went. side effects, weight gain after woods, etc.
They’re both a waste of money.
I’ve done bodywraps in countries where it’s much cheaper to get them done, and I did them more for entertainment value than anything else. They feel nice, but the reality is that they don’t really do anything for you for the long run.
The master cleanse diet can actually be dangerous. Any weight you lose on it will be regained.
