can i take vitamins while on a Detox?
i have a 100% natural herbal detox tea made with organic dandelion and other organic ingredients. The name of the tea is called yogi detox. I wanted to know was it safe to take it with my all natural multivitamins for men and my triple strength fish oil. I am 5ft 6 male 150 pounds, I don’t want too loose weight, I just want to cleanse my body. On the box says its a mild detox and it safe to drink every day for 30 days and 1 to 3 cups may be taken a day. It also contains no harsh laxatives. So will taken it with vitamins over work my kidneys and liver?
Detox teas, weight loss teas, cleansing teas, are all a waste. But to each his own. Green tea does have beneficial antioxidants in it but in minimal amounts.
There is no build up of bad plaque, toxins, or sludge in a normal, reasonably healthy system.
If this was the case we would have people dying left and right from malnutrition since their small intestines couldn’t absorb nutrients.
The majority of the water from food and what we drink is reabsorbed through the colon, if our colons were clogged we would all be walking around looking like sponges right?
